iGaming mini apps, licensed operators only

Telegram casino mini app development for licensed operators

We build game clients, wallet and ledger logic and admin tools for operators who already hold the licences their markets require. We supply no licences, players or traffic.

  • For operators with valid licences only
  • Provably fair techniques where you want them
  • Limits, age checks and audit trails

Who is this service for?

Only operators who hold the licences their markets require. Real-money gaming is illegal or restricted in many places, and Telegram has its own rules about gambling content. If you do not hold a licence for the markets you plan to serve, we will not start a real-money build.

We build software. We do not supply licences, players or traffic, and we do not operate your casino. Licensing, taxes, player protection and marketing rules are your responsibility, and a gaming lawyer in your market is the right person to confirm them.

What do we build?

  • A Mini App client for the games you choose, such as dice, crash, slots or card games
  • A game server that decides every result, never the client
  • A wallet and ledger with a record of each bet, win and balance change
  • Deposit and withdrawal flows with the payment routes your licence allows
  • An admin panel for limits, player review, reports and pausing games

Third-party game content from a licensed supplier can be integrated through its API when your agreement allows it. Players sign in through Telegram, and we check the signed initData on the server.

What does provably fair mean here?

Provably fair is a technique. The server commits to a hidden seed before the round, the player adds their own seed, and after the round the player can check that the result follows from both. We can build this for games where it fits, and we explain it to players in plain words.

It is not a legal assurance and it does not replace the testing and certification a regulator may require. Random number generation, game rules and return-to-player settings are things your licence authority may want tested by an approved lab, and we build to the written specification you give us.

Operators are usually required to protect players, and we can build the tools: age and identity check hooks with a provider you choose, deposit and loss limits, session reminders, self-exclusion and complete audit logs. Which of these you must have depends on your licence.

Crypto deposits add their own rules, including KYC and AML duties and sanctions screening. We implement the checks you specify and do not decide what is lawful for your business. Telegram can also change its policies, so we cannot promise a Mini App will be approved or stay available.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

Projects usually fall between our Turnkey Mini App package, typically $6,500 to $12,500 and 2 to 3 weeks, and the full game package, typically $14,000 to $25,000 and about 4 weeks. A wallet, several games and integrations move a project toward the top of that range.

These are typical ranges that depend on scope and timely feedback. A written quote follows a scoping conversation, with milestone payments. See pricing for what changes the price. You own the code and the accounts you pay for.

Questions about telegram app agency in United States

Can you help me get a gaming licence?

No. We do not supply licences or legal advice. Licensing is handled by regulators and specialist lawyers, and requirements differ by country. Once you hold a licence, we can build software to the specification it requires. If you are still deciding where to apply, talk to a gaming lawyer first.

Do you provide players or traffic?

No. We build the software only. Getting players, running promotions and following advertising rules for gambling are your responsibility, and those rules are strict in many markets. We can add tracking and referral tools to the app, but we do not sell users or promise any volume.

Can games use cryptocurrency or Telegram Stars?

Only where your licence and Telegram's rules allow it. Telegram's terms restrict how Stars can be used, and crypto handling carries KYC, AML and sanctions duties in many places. We check the payment route against your licence during scoping and tell you if something does not fit.

Is a provably fair game the same as a certified game?

No. Provably fair lets a player verify a result with a hash and seeds. Certification is a separate test of the random number generator and rules, done by a lab the regulator accepts. Some licences need the second, and some operators use both. We build to what your licence asks for.

What happens if Telegram removes the app?

That is a real risk we cannot control. Telegram can change its rules on gambling content. We can build the game server and wallet so they also work behind a web app or another front end, and you should keep your own player data and backups so you are not tied to one platform.
